RETURN POLICY

We understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at oddalyst@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll work to make it right.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase in order to complete your return.

Note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
